My all time favorite restaurant in Ortagas area is the long-time Cafe Juanita located in Kapitolyo.

I dropped by for lunch today for the first time in over six years and it was the same wonderful, even better.

They’ve added the dish you see below - Sisig on a bed of tofu. Sorry about the partially eaten plate. This was fantastic. Half of the sisig is the traditional, Pampanga-style dry grilled sisig and half was deliciously prepared in a white bechamel sauce - wow!. Never seen anything like it.
