If not to normal, it’s pretty darn close.

I knew something different was up when I heard the happy cackling voice (in French) of my 3 y.o. niece in Liege, Belgium wafting into the bedroom at 11:30 pm last night from my wife’s video Skype connection in the office.

This morning I’m actually getting billable work done over Skype and email with Sacramento - files seem to by flying through those cables just fine.

Update: If you’re trying to get anything done on Flickr or Vox, just go do something else instead. It looks like certain sites are still being throttled today - but not as many as yesterday.

Update Again: Boy that didn’t last long. The nets are completely whacked again now - just like yesterday. This is frustrating.
