OK, that’s about it. PLDT’s DSL has been out for more than five hours (so far) this morning. I went down to Blugre to see if they had access (no, their PLDT DSL was down too).

I called PLDT - they didn’t even know there’s a problem! So I’m up at an internet cafe that’s on Byantel. I’m going to talk to Byantel about a connectoin - PLDT DSL has been horrendous for the past six weeks. And they seem to have no clue even though we call all the time.

I’m trying to run a business. PLDT is a terrible business partner. Byantel might not be much better - but I’m giving them a chance, thanks to PLDT.
