[JRobb] I am sad that I didn’t switch earlier. This is by FAR the best laptop I have ever owned. I will never buy a PC laptop again.
I’ve been using PCs since they were introduced - 640k RAM, dual floppy. Then the XT; then the AT.
Something like 25 years later I bought my first Mac. 8 months ago I took the plunge. I bought two - a Power Book for my wife and an iMac for myself.
Funny thing about Macs - Some of the (many) benefits don’t show up until you have two or more in the same household. Macs just automatically work together - it’s so cool. I can work on either machine and everything is just there! It just works. It knows me and what I’ve been doing on the other machine. And doesn’t get me mixed up with my wife. Windows users probably have no idea what I’m getting at.
I’m still a Windows user at the office and now that I’ve been using the slick Mac apps at home, Windows seems such a kludge at work. Almost everyday now I try to do something at work that I do at home; and I can’t. My productivity would be a LOT higher at the office if we just used Macs.
It’s a no brainer.
Don’t spend another dollar on a Windows machine. This isn’t like joining a club or anything. I’m just saying: Do yourself a favor. Life’s short.
