This is exactly why Real Options Theory and other so-called advanced, complicated business methods will be a piece of cake to the new generation of professionals. In Real Options, and other uncertainty-based decision frameworks, you explicitly accept that the rules arent’ fully established at the outset and then you create your strategy from there.
